Due allows users to have passkeys across Mobile app and Web. When trying to add a new device key (Web or Mobile), you will need to approve the new device by signing from one of your active devices.
If you signed up and created your account via Web:
Log in to your account from the same device you used to create your account
Head to Settings -> Credentials -> Wallet keys
Locate the section labeled "Action Required". You will see a request from your new mobile device.
Click the option "Approve" and sign in with you existing passkey.
Alternatively, if you have another approved mobile device:
Open the App on the Approved Mobile Device and log in to your account;
Navigate to Settings -> Security -> Wallet keys
Locate the section labeled "Action Required". You will see a request from your new mobile device.
Click the option "Approve" and sign in with you existing passkey.
