You can raise a complaint by emailing [email protected].

Please provide as much detail as possible so that we can best address your concern. Our goal is to provide you with a satisfactory resolution within 60 days, oftentimes earlier. In more complex cases however, we may need additional time. We will always keep you informed of our progress nonetheless.
