Your account verification may be pending for either of two reasons:

  1. Your application is being reviewed by our Onboarding team, or

  2. We are awaiting certain information from you.

We recommend that you double check your application to ensure that all information and documents have been submitted. You can do so by accessing your account and heading to the 'Verification' section within your Onboarding page.

If you've submitted all the information and documents, rest assured we have received your application. We aim to complete application reviews within 24~48 hours, though at times we may require additional time and information. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
